Refund & Right of Withdrawal

US customers

Because every item is made to order, we accept returns only for items that are defective, misprinted, or damaged in transit. Email a photo of the issue to hello@wmshop.com within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint or refund — your call. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

EU & UK customers — statutory right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Rejhan Murati, Freihofstrasse 6, 8575 Bürglen, Switzerland · hello@wmshop.com) of your decision via an unambiguous statement (e.g. an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as the initial transaction.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

Exclusion of right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Standard variants from our catalog (size + color combinations published on the site) are not considered personalized.
