1. Operator
These Terms of Service govern your use of wmshop.com and any purchase made through it. The website is operated by Rejhan Murati, Freihofstrasse 6, 8575 Bürglen, Switzerland (“WMSHOP”, “we”, “us”).
2. Products & on-demand production
All apparel is produced on demand once you place an order, fulfilled by our printing partner in the United States. Items are not held in stock. Standard production time is 2–5 business days before the order ships.
3. Prices & currency
All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax or VAT, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping fees and applicable duties for international shipments are shown separately before you confirm your order.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We accept all major credit and debit cards plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Klarna and select local payment methods where available. We never store full payment credentials on our servers.
5. Shipping
US standard: 5–10 business days, free on orders of $50 or more (after discount). US express: 2–4 business days. International: 7–14 business days. Customs duties or import taxes for orders outside the US are borne by the buyer.
6. Returns
Because each item is produced individually for you, we accept returns only for items that are defective, misprinted or damaged in transit, reported within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence. Customers in the EU and UK retain their statutory right of withdrawal as described in our Right of Withdrawal page.
7. Discount codes
Promotional codes (e.g. SHIRZZ20) apply to the order subtotal, cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated, and may be revoked or modified at any time. Codes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
8. Intellectual property
All designs, photography, copy and branding on this site are owned by WMSHOP and may not be reproduced or used without written consent. Purchase of a product does not grant any license to its artwork.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product, except in cases of intent or gross negligence or where mandatory consumer protection law applies.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction, to the extent legally permissible, is Bürglen TG, Switzerland.
