2. What we collect

  • Order data: name, shipping address, email, phone, items purchased.
  • Payment data: handled by Stripe — we receive only the last four digits and brand of the card.
  • Marketing data: email + first name, only if you subscribe to the newsletter.
  • Usage data: anonymized analytics (page views, country, device class) via cookieless tracking.

3. Why we use it

  • To fulfill your order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR / FADP equivalent).
  • To meet our tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • To send marketing emails after you opt in (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • To detect fraud and abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest).

4. Who we share with

  • Stripe — payment processing (US, GDPR DPF certified).
  • Printify and its print providers — order fulfillment (US/EU).
  • Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery.
  • DHL / USPS / UPS / DPD — shipping carriers.
  • Vercel — website hosting (US/EU edge).

5. International transfers

Some processors are located in the United States. Transfers are protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or DPF certification where applicable.

6. Retention

Order data is kept for ten years to comply with Swiss / EU bookkeeping requirements. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Anonymized analytics are aggregated and not deleted but cannot be linked back to you.

7. Your rights
